Ingredients: 8 potatoes Cella,
4 medium red tomatoes strong
200 grams of tuna in oil 2 hard boiled eggs
1 onion 1 green pepper
capers 2 tablespoons parsley Salt
For the sauce:

Mode:
Wash potatoes and boil them in salted cold water. Meanwhile, chop the onion and place in a bowl.
Once cooked the potatoes, peel and cut into cubes. Coupled with the chives.
Peel the tomatoes, remove seeds and dice. Cut the eggs and chop the tuna. Add to salad.
Blend all sauce ingredients and drizzle the spatter. Garnish with green pepper, cut short, capers and chopped parsley. Serve cool. Pilar Cortés
