Ingredients: 12 potatoes

8 small onions 12 mushrooms

Mode:
Chop the meat, seasonings, we had flour and fry in a pan with hot oil.
When meat is browned, add potatoes and carrots, peeled and chopped. We also incorporate the mushrooms, onions, peas and glass of wine. Sauté a couple minutes and cover everything with water. Let cook for an hour and a quarter to a simmer. After this time the meat is already cooked, test for salt and serve.
