reject that the neoliberal economic model adopted by the APRA government, again involves the criminalization of protest, using repressive practices against human rights exercised by the armed forces, who meet the orders given by the heads of state. Resist, the current-capitalist economic system which generates the concentration of wealth in certain sectors, increasing inequality and exclusion, thereby violating the rights of each and all Peruvians and deteriorating environment. An economic model administered by the APRA government, which facilitated the mining concession to Southern Peru.
regret the loss of brothers Huacarpoma Aurelio Andres Taype, Nestor Cerezo who died defending their land by violence by the state through the military. Also condemned the attempt on the life of the inhabitants of Valle del Tambo during the crackdown.
